Self-match Service

If the host family found an au pair on their own, the agency will still provide the services mentioned above, excluding the candidate search.

Re-match Service (relocation)

The au pair already resides in the Netherlands and changes host family during the au pair program. In our Re-match service, Au Pair Amsterdam will support you and your au pair, from start to finish, with the aim of a carefree time for you and your au pair.

Our Approach

Au Pair Amsterdam focuses exclusively on self-matched placements. This means that families find their own au pair, after which we provide professional guidance and ensure that the entire process meets all legal requirements.

We do not offer a mediation or candidate search service, allowing us to fully focus on quality, compliance, and personal support throughout the au pair program.

 

Note: The Dutch law requires all au pairs in the Netherlands, including EU citizens, to register through an au pair agency that is recognized by the Dutch Immigration Service as an official sponsor. This is in the best interest of everyone involved, and it is the only legal way to participate in the au pair program.
