Application checklist:

• Completed application form ( download file );

• Dear host family letter;

• Copy of passport;

• Copy of residence permit (only if you currently live abroad);

• Some pictures of you with your family or friends, and with children you have looked after - one of these must be a passport photo of you. (Please compile all images into one file to attach to your application).

 

Sending your application to Au Pair Amsterdam

When you've finished the application form, please save it as PDF files with earliest start date, Nationality and description of the document. For example: "2017.08.01 -  Chinese - Registration form.pdf"

You can attach letter, passport copy, residence permit and photos as well.
